By accessing or using this System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the System.

The System is provided by Lucy Bridge PLC (the "Provider") to make available certain features, information and services. You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
Where registration is required, you must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account and must promptly notify the Provider of any unauthorized access or use.
You must not use the System for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, use unauthorized automated tools, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the System or its content, except as permitted by law.
The System and its content, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks and other materials, are owned by or licensed to the Provider and are protected by applicable law. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
Information provided through the System may be collected, used, stored and processed for purposes related to providing and administering the System and its services, in accordance with applicable law and the Provider's Privacy Policy.
The System may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. The Provider is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, which may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
The Provider may modify, suspend or discontinue the System or any part of it. The System may also be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents or circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the System. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access where necessary, including for breach of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent activity, security reasons or where required by law. Termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.
The Provider may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the System or another appropriate channel. Continued use of the System after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the System shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, subject to applicable law.
